1. How do I book a tour online with U.S Open Tours?

Select your tour and travel date, enter traveler and contact information, and proceed to payment. Creating an account allows you to track your booking and earn reward points.

After payment, you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive 100% of the tour fare if the tour cannot be confirmed.

 

2. How far in advance should I book and complete payment?

We recommend booking as soon as your travel dates are confirmed. Many tours have limited availability and may sell out quickly, especially during peak seasons. Your reservation is only guaranteed once full payment is received.

 

3. Can I change or cancel my U.S Open Tours reservation?

Changes and cancellations may be allowed depending on the tour and timing. Fees and refund eligibility are determined by the cancellation policy listed on the tour’s product page. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.

 

 

4. Why do I need to submit a Card Billing Acknowledgement Form?

5. How will I receive my tour voucher or e-Ticket?

Your tour voucher (or e-Ticket) will be emailed after your booking is confirmed. If you cannot access email while traveling, contact us via live chat for alternative delivery options

 

6. Does U.S Open Tours accept reservations by phone?

All reservations are placed online and email for accuracy and security. If you encounter        difficulties, you may provide your information by phone, email, or live chat, and our team         will assist you.

7. How do I identify the tour bus at the pickup location?

The tour guide will step off the vehicle holding a sign with the local operator’s name shown on your e-Ticket and will confirm your name before boarding. Please arrive at the pickup location at least 15 minutes early.

 

8. When will I receive hotel and tour guide information?

Reference hotel information appears on the product page and your voucher. Final hotel names and guide details are typically confirmed 1–2 days before departure.

 

9. Can you provide exact daily tour timings in advance?

We can explain the general itinerary in advance. Exact daily timings are confirmed by the tour guide on the day of the tour based on real-time conditions.

 

10. How much walking is required? Are U.S Open Tours’ tours suitable for seniors?

Walking levels vary by itinerary. Most city and scenic bus tours involve minimal to light walking. Many tours are suitable for seniors, especially those labeled Easy, Leisurely or Relaxed Pace.

 

11. How much luggage can I bring on a U.S Open Tours’ trip?

Most multi-day tours allow one standard suitcase and one carry-on per passenger. Extra luggage may incur a fee depending on space availability. For day tours, we recommend  bringing only a small bag.

 

12. What time is hotel check-in during the tour?

Standard hotel check-in time is around 3:00 p.m. Early check-in depends on room availability. Hotels usually offer luggage storage, and a refundable security deposit may be required.

 

13. How do I pay for mandatory fees or optional tour fees?

Mandatory attraction fees and optional tours are usually paid in cash directly to the tour guide or while booking with us. If you prefer to prepay by credit card, a 3% service fee may apply.

 

14. Are meals included in U.S Open Tours?

Meal inclusion varies by tour and is listed in the Inclusions & Exclusions section. Some tours do not bundle meals to offer flexibility.

 

 

15. Do infants pay the same price as adults?

Typically, one infant under age 2 may ride free if no seat is used. Infants occupying a seat are usually charged the adult rate. Policies vary by tour.

What payment methods does U.S Open Tours accept?

U.S Open Tours accepts major credit cards, PayPal, and selected offline payment methods, including Zelle, Venmo, bank wire transfer, check, and in-person payment at our representative G.H.T office in Ho Chi Minh City – Vietnam.

Does the tour price include taxes, fees, and attraction tickets?

Each tour clearly lists what is included and excluded on the product detail page. This may include or exclude taxes, attraction fees, optional activities, and personal expenses.

Is it safe to enter my credit card information on U.S Open Tours?

Yes. U.S Open Tours uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all payment and personal information submitted on our website. We partner with trusted third-party payment processors that securely handle transactions and do not use your information for any secondary purpose.

 

19. Can I pay a deposit or make a partial payment for my tour?

Some tours allow deposits or partial payments; however, your reservation is not secured until full payment is completed. For certain tours, full payment is required within 24–72 hours after booking, or the reservation may be automatically cancelled.

20. Do U.S Open Tours’ buses have Wi-Fi?

 Wi-Fi availability depends on the local tour operator, vehicle type, and region. Some buses offer onboard internet, while others do not. Please contact us if Wi-Fi is important for your trip. Buy an international sim card is a good solution to keep in touch with your family members.

21. Do I need a visa to travel to the U.S or other destinations?

Vietnam passport holders do need the U.S or Canada entry visas. Our offices in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City can show you how to apply for a U.S temporally visa for tourist. U.S. passport holders generally do not need a visa for short stays in Mexico, Canada, Schengen countries… Visa requirements may change, so please confirm with official  government sources.

22. Can I get a refund if I leave the tour early?

If you voluntarily leave a tour early, refunds for the unused portion are generally not available. Please review the cancellation policy before booking.

23. What types of travelers typically join U.S Open Tours’ trips?

U.S Open Tours welcomes solo travelers, couples, families, seniors, and groups from diverse backgrounds worldwide. Group size, travel style, and vehicle type vary by tour, with small-group options available.
